PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
1. Returns
Can I return my order? Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met: the order must include all original parts and components with intact packaging; items must show only normal wear from appropriate handling; products where hygiene is a concern must be completely clean before being returned; the product must present a defect identified immediately upon receipt; and returns will be processed within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we have reason to believe that the products have been used or damaged through misuse.
How do I return my order? Send an email to help@maevelaneandco.com with your order number, reason for return, photo of the product if damaged, your full name, and your delivery address. Our team will respond with the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the original sender.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
2. Cancellation
A. Cancellation Conditions — The cancellation window is 14 days from the date you received the last item in your order. As our system is fully automated, it is not possible to interrupt dispatch once an order has been placed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
B. Items in Transit — As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be lengthy and are outside our control. If your product is already on its way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the item and then initiate a return.
C. Consequences of Cancellation — If a valid cancellation is made, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of the cancellation and the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
